A session covers orientation and general information about public services relevant to your specific situation — which office handles your matter, what documents to prepare, the typical process sequence, and what to expect at the counter. We do not provide legal, immigration, financial, or medical advice, and we make that clear from the start of every session.

Walk-ins are occasionally possible but not guaranteed — sessions are time-slotted and our information officers are usually with scheduled clients. We recommend booking through the contact form or calling us so we can confirm a slot that suits you.

Individual sessions run for 60 minutes. We recommend bringing any documents or correspondence you've already received related to your matter — letters, forms, notices — so the officer has the full picture. If you haven't received anything yet, just describe the situation as clearly as you can when you contact us to book.

Yes. Information you share during a session is used only to help you with the matter you've brought to us. We do not pass it to third parties and we store it securely in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The programme is designed to run at our centre in Kelana Jaya, which gives us control over materials and consistency. If you're interested in an external arrangement, contact us with the details and we'll discuss what's feasible.

The RM 4,480 fee covers the tailored orientation handbook, two half-day group sessions, printed "first 30 days" checklists for all participants, and one weekly helpdesk hour across six weeks. There are no supplementary charges for materials or photocopying.
